Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 14 days; used consumables like e-liquids or coils are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your electronics with all original accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
